What helps us fix it quickly

The operator's name, the line you are disputing and, if you have it, a link to the operator's own page showing the correct figure. With those three things a correction usually takes a working day.

We answer every report about a checkable fact. What we cannot do is intervene in a dispute between a player and an operator — we are not a party to that agreement and have no access to anyone's account.

For operators

Operators reporting an inaccuracy use the same address. We treat the report like any other and we do not change the order of the list on request.
